CHILDLABOUR-01
Two million children are working at brick factories Pakistan. Their salary is cut in half when it rains. They have no
employment safety,no health care or schools. This of course means that many of the childeren cannot read.Poor parents didn´t have any choice. They are forced to sell their own children to the slave labour. At five o´clock the children rise. Alone they walk to the factory, forming clay bricks all day. The supervisors keep their watchful eyes on the children, pushing them to work harder. Ten hours every day,six days a week.A sunny day,at the unsheltered fields, the kids make around 1 000 bricks. Thehard labour takes its toll with most of the minors dying in their early forties.
